![]() Hopefully they start adding more to it in the near future. Go there, sign up for an account, and follow that thread for updates. Who knows?!?!? I just linked the list from doom9. Only a matter of time before these keys start becoming widely available for free.Īs far as when the list will be updated. Just checked the deuhd site and it seems they've gone to a 6 month subscription at around $20/month. can someone plz post below/send me private message with all the aacs keys listed for the uhd blurays on http. can someone plz post below/send me private message with all the aacs keys listed. I get asked a lot if I know when the new MakeMKV key is live, or is the current key dead So I decided to save some time and make an app for everyone to use. Either way, I'm not paying $200 for something that will probably be useless within the year. Re: Adding Keys Post by danBoi2016 » Sun 10:21 pm. ![]() In that newly established data directory folder, create a (plain) text file and paste those codes and all their info into the text file. My guess is it is a process very similar to ho DeUHD manages it. 3) To manually add hashed keys keys to makemkv, you open Makemkv, go to view->preferences, then, ->general and establish a folder for the 'makemkv data directory'. In other words, I have no idea how they are getting the keys. If it was that easy, it'd already be implemented into makemkv and it would work just like normal bluray's and DVD's. Hi again, i just tested Deadpool (US) and MakeMKV Opened the disc without deuhd running with no problem, and just tested Kingsman: The Secret Service (UK) and its now ripping, next going to test Independence Day: Resurgence (UK) to see if it works in makemkv to, the other discs i have currently dont work, do u know how to extract the aacs keys from the discs i have? what software is used? then i can hopefully rip the rest of them using makemkv, and when will the database be updated again with new aacs keys?, and can u post the updated keys below if u find they have been updated before me thanksĭanBoi2016 wrote:do u know how to extract the aacs keys from the discs i have? what software is used? then i can hopefully rip the rest of them using makemkv, and when will the database be updated again with new aacs keys?, and can u post the updated keys below if u find they have been updated before me thanks The US region releases I have that have not worked are: I have 11 movies from that list and I've only been able to rip 6 of them. You can choose which titles you want to rip here. Once MakeMKV is done scanning for titles, you'll see a list of them in the left-hand panel of the app. Click this to scan the titles on your disc. After a moment, a big Blu-Ray drive icon will appear. It could be that you just have the poor luck of owning UHD's from a different region than the keys provided in the above list. To rip your movie, put the disc in your Blu-Ray drive and open MakeMKV. So, I'm not going to be going about looking for how to manage this aspect of Ubuntu because a new key will be posted before I get to the point where I have this corrected and can take advantage of it.Īdditionally, I use the CLI version of the product and I don't have the opportunity to leave the date offset or it will interfere with timestamps on the files that are ripped causing further issues.Metallikahn wrote:In addition, do you have the correct disc player? Did you just save the key's above as 'KeyDB.cfg' (which wouldn't work) or did you actually download the keyDB.cfg file I linked to and add the keys to the end of the list in that file? Did you save the cfg file to the correct directory (listed under MakeMKV preferences - general tab)? Is it the most current version of MakeMKV? ![]() ![]() ![]() I don't like Ubuntu, but that's what I have to work with because it's a complex build that I haven't opted to tear down and build on openSUSE instead. If you read my post again, you'll see that the issue not with my being able to CHANGE the date, it's that the system sets it back right away. I'm sure it's using an NTP daemon, but I'm not interested in learning yet another nuance of Ubuntu since it isn't my primary distro (I used it soleley to rip my movies).
